Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date. Returns must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@nutsesentials.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged or defective product as proof.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nutsesentials.com to obtain a return authorisation number. Once you have received the return authorisation number, please send the products back to us at Vatra, Gujarat. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a note indicating the reason for the return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or a store credit, as you prefer.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is damaged or defective.
